Where are the Adaptor logs stored and how long are they stored for?

Under C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Spice\logs. A log file is generated per day up to 10 MB in size. If the file size exceeds 10 MB additional logs will be generated. Each log file is stored for up to 14 days.

Is it possible to view only the transactions in the logs?

Yes, there is a separate transaction_log.json file which is located under C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Spice. This only contains the last 10 transactions.

Why are all transactions not appearing on the Transactions tab in the Adaptor?

The transactions tab only stores the 10 most recent transactions for the current Windows user. Transactions made by other Windows users on the same computer, or on other computers on the same network will not be displayed.

How do you configure the Adaptor to Print from the EFTPOS terminal?

Navigate to the Settings tab and then click on EFTPOS terminal in the left hand navigation. From here there are options to Print customer receipt from Terminal, Print merchant receipt copy and Confirm Customer Signature on Terminal.

Once the Adaptor is updated where are the updates installed to?

Updates are installed on the Windows desktop. In addition, a copy of the updated exe is copied to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Spice\bins
